“The hotel was staff was amazing, they were always friendly and pleasant, and Haley asked where we were eating dinner and gave us discount coupons. The hotel was clean and quiet and they had complimentary coffee, lemon water, juice, cookies and popcorn in the lobby. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again when we go back to the Columbus Zoo. ”

“The water was shut off upon our arrival. Water was functional the day of our departure but there was no hot water. Cold showers are not a good way to start the day, especially when facing a 7 hour drive home. No problems otherwise.”
