“The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.”

“Very large, fancy and tidy room. Poor elevator and a lot of people hang out in the lobby without wearing face mask.”

“Overall, it was pretty great. I only stayed there because I had car issues and had to make a layover. So considering everything else I went through, it was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend for whatever the reason.”

“The guy at the front desk who worked saturday evening was pretty much alone until a manager helped him, but even working alone he was kind and did not get upset that he had so much going on because they were so busy, we will stay here again and shout out to that young front desk worker, you did amazing.”

“The overall stay was pretty good, however the bed was very uncomfortable. It was probably one of the hardest beds I’ve ever slept in. Also, initially upon check-in my room seemed as if it didn’t get used very often, it needed to be stocked with everything. The front desk staff fixed the issue and brought things up to the room fairly quickly. The breakfast area was really clean, I like the selection that was available, the staff were super sweet, we happen to go on a weekend where the hotel was……

“Good price and good choice”

“The stay wasn't too bad. I was greeted by 2 different workers with great customer service and very helpful. I was happy the coffee and muffins was out a little before 6am, since I had to get up at 5am. The hotel was clean. Since my stay was only for 2 nights, they do not come and clean up or replenish towels unless you ask, but i the room had more than enough for 3 days. The area is nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again”
