“The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.”

“Jason is the manager, (at least I think that's his title)and he's wonderful. He was so professional, helpful, patient and kind. He definitely deserves a promotion. The rest of the staff is good also. The location is lovely and close to Krogers, (strip mall), restaurants etc. The only downside was the breakfast. ”

“The stay wasn't too bad. I was greeted by 2 different workers with great customer service and very helpful. I was happy the coffee and muffins was out a little before 6am, since I had to get up at 5am. The hotel was clean. Since my stay was only for 2 nights, they do not come and clean up or replenish towels unless you ask, but i the room had more than enough for 3 days. The area is nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again”

“Not the biggest fan of having to join Bonvoy to get internet, but didn't really need it that bad so no biggie. Great breakfast spread. Very nice staff at check in and exit. Rooms spacious and clean.”
