“This hotel staff are above and beyond. The room was super clean. The staff were very professional and nice. The pool was awesome. Breakfast was great and clean. The cleaner came by to ask if we needed fresh towels. I would def recommend this hotel. I read mixed reviews before I stayed here about the neighborhood or hard beds. The beds were fine and the neighborhood was close to where we had to be so, it was great. I didnt see any issue with location anyhow. ”

“I wish I had gotten the staff members name, but when we ordered a DoorDash after a concert we attended and it was delivered to the wrong address, the staff member was so kind and helpful. She walked over to the address it was delivered to with me and walked back with me. I was so thankful for her kindness! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and convenient for our one night stay for a concert.”

“I stayed at this motor lodge for a quick overnight trip and was pleasantly surprised. The motor lodge has been recently renovated. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in was fast and friendly. Amenities in the room were excellent. The coffee shop, where you check in has great coffee and good food. perfect if you just need a simple, safe, and affordable stay. I appreciated the convenient parking right outside the room and the quiet atmosphere. A solid choice for any traveler.……

“The pool hours 5am-11pm is amazing because everyone gets a chance to swim and see the town. The front desk was helpful and Clifford was an absolute charm and gave us the best dining options. The maintenance guy gave us a charging block to borrow since 2 of the outlets for USB were not working.”

“Be very aware of staying here. House was fine, but they hit you for a “refundable” deposit hours before your stay and after numerous contacts with them, they have not refunded it 4 weeks later. Keep saying they will look into it. Very shady and had to deal with the credit card companies to get it back. Not worth the hassle when there are so many other places to stay.”

“The unit was clean and relatively nice. However, thats the only pros. Before getting to even stay, I was sent messages from Jungle House claiming that we need to pay a security deposit, outside of what we already paid to hotels.com. This was a bit odd, but I clarified with them and paid the security deposit. I was told as long as there was no damage I would receive the full refund. House was left in perfect shape, and I only received a partial refund of my deposit for a "cleaning fee". They……

“The upstairs unit shower backed up and leaked into the bedroom. They offered a late checkout for the trouble, but I do not feel that was enough for the disgusting issue. They did send someone to fix it a few hours after being notified. The bed was comfy.”
