“We have stayed at this place multiple times and it is absolutely gorgeous! It is ground level and a quuck walk to the beach. Couldn't ask for better sunrises and sunsets! The owner is the best to work with and easily accessible. We will definitely be back!”

The only caution I have - the dock did not have power or water available for our stay - it is rigged for both, but under repair (presumably due to the last hurricane).”

The bottom floor unit right on the ocean gave the most perfect morning and evening views for drinking coffee. The weather was perfection for relaxing and enjoying the beach. “Absolutely perfect, exactly what we needed/were looking for. The property is right on the beach, just behind low dunes, with short-direct access, perfect for our senior puppy. The second story offered amazing views of the water, particularly enjoyable from the master bedroom and living room. The back deck, with its covered section offered the best of both worlds, sun and shade. The furnishings in the home were modern yet welcoming, and just very thoughtfully decorated throughout. “This property was perfect. It was clean, a great size, and steps from the beach. You could sit on the front porch and listen to the ocean. It was a great area, and even on New Year's Eve it didn't get too crazy. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of dinnerware and appliances to suit anyone's needs.Checkout instructions were not posted, so I went through my booking information to make sure that I was doing things correctly. “The property is excellently located, clean, and so comfortable to stay in. We really enjoyed it!”

“This was our first trip and won't be our last. We loved how uncommercialized it was. Our condo was on the beach with easy access and great views. The condo was clean and updated! The beds were super comfortable. The beach was as never crowded and while not quiet as pretty as Destin - I would choose it because we of the relaxed layout back vibe! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean, and well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. Communication with management was excellent. Our stay was delayed because of a mandatory evacuation of the island due to a storm; the management team communicated with us through out the delay. Everyone in my family had a great time. ”

“We enjoyed our stay so much! Outstanding location and the condo was perfect for our family of four. We had such a great time we booked again for next year’s fall break!”

“Our first time on the island. Jennifer was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. We were a little surprised at the two sets of stairs inside,but made the best of it.”

“Loved our stay in this condo on the beach! It’s perfectly located right on the Gulf, very clean, and in a cute little neighborhood. St. George is very easy to get around, as many attractions are within walking distance. Also, there’s a great bike path on the island that we were able to enjoy with the bikes we rented. We would definitely recommend staying here!”

“My husband, our three kids, my mother, and I all stayed at G-3 and had the best time! We have stayed in a few other places at ocean mile but this has by far been our favorite. When I took our younger ones in for a nap, I was able to watch my son and husband play on the beach from our bedroom. Will definitely stay here again!!!”
