“First off, I must say that Arpit (don't know if he's the owner or manager) is absolutely outstanding in helping with any information or anything needed for the room. The room didn't have any hangers and he sent those immediately. The room is not advertised to have electric kettle but on being asked he provided one with coffee/milk/sugar packets! “Pour la première nuit, nous étions au 1er étage. Nous avons très peu dormi car beaucoup de bruit à cause du personnel et des gens qui rentrent tard. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Notre chambre se situait au 3eme etage beaucoup moins bruyant. Le personnel est bienveillant, l’hôtel magnifique mais comme la plupart des hôtels en inde, il n’y a aucune isolation. Le lit était confortable. ”
