“This was a great hotel, great people, and it has a million $ view and a beautiful beach right in front of your bed room window!!! Also the ocean that connects to the river was such a dream and just a few steps away!!! My major reason for giving it better ratings. And very nice and helpful people taking care of the guests. “I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or……
