“The property is clean and very roomy. It was well stocked with towels, food storage containers and detergents. We like the beach but found that the really nice beaches are about 10 miles drive north. The Waikaloa area is loaed with condos and time shares but is lacking is restaurants. That was a disappointment.”

“There was no coffee available. The lobby wasn't going to open until 10:00 a.m., and though it looked like they would have coffee there, none was available, nor was it the afternoon/evening before. Very disappointed about that. Otherwise the place was lovely.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Waikoloa Beach Villas, with our three children. The loft area functions as a third bedroom that two of our kids shared. The pool and hot tub area were nice, the entire property was well-maintained and quiet. This unit was relatively clean (we saw a couple of dead bugs but this is expected in Hawaii and to me indicates that they spray regularly). It was overall well-maintained and comfortable. Although we didn't end up using it ourselves, the Hilton pool pass is a cool……

“This property is very attractive and well represented in the posting. Everything was clean, kitchen is well supplied, and the outdoor spaces are terrific. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay! The property looks just like the pictures and actually feels more spacious in-person. We had everything we could need between the kitchen, bathrooms, and garage. Cooked breakfast every morning, BBQ’d out on the patio, plenty of linens, and lots of fun gear for the beaches in the garage. We had no issues accessing the unit or the amenities - like the lovely community pool that’s just steps away from the back patio. The patio is also a fun place to bird watch or hang……

“Had a great 4-night stay here. Super easy to find and convenient location near beach, and plenty of options for food and shopping. Recommend shopping and cooking in unit—the bbq was great to have! Unit includes lots of towels, beach gear, etc which was really nice to have.Overall 5/5. A few small things to note. Carpets in the main room are like ratan and very tough on the feet. Tile and bedrooms were great. The starter on the bbq didn’t work so we had to use matches. And several of the boogie……

“We enjoyed our stay in the Hali’i Kai condo. This was my second time staying within this community and I love the quiet and roominess of it. It is perfect for two couples or a family and a better deal than getting two rooms at a nearby busy hotel. The pool is great and the food at the pool bar and grill was very good. A special thank you to the owner for the extras that were available including the tennis rackets, beach chairs and towels but especially the bug spray because I had forgotten mine……
