“This is a great little place! It has 2 bedrooms, one with a firm bed and one with a soft bed. The TV is small, and I would recommend that the hosts get a bigger one, but it comes with Netflix, which is a great feature. This is the perfect location for folks who want to ride the Kingdom Trails in what I would say is the northeast section of the East Burke trails (White School, Petes Pond, Upper and Lower Pond Loops, etc). “The location is great if you want to go snowmobiling; its very easy to get onto the VAST trail system from apartment. Unfortunately you need to leave your sled down in the back of the property, but its not very far. The interior of the apartment is very nice as was communicating with the rental agency. The only downside is that you can hear everything that is happening in the upstairs apartment. Every step that someone takes upstairs you can hear and can easily hear people talking as well. ”
