“I received an email without start & comfort codes. I takes me about 1-hour to get into my apartment. It is also very inconvenience and expensive for a foreigner to make an emergency call. It will be charged as international phone call. The whole activation/access processes should be reviewed and improved.”

“There is good and bad. The good - my colleague and I had questions/issues with supplies and a coffee maker and the numa team helped us very quickly! The bad - The mattress was so soft that I got a terrible backache the whole trip. I ended up putting the ironing board on top of the mattress and sleeping on it. My "intimate" balcony room was very small, so much so that you can only open the balcony door about 1 foot because the it runs into the bed. Some of the dishes were dirty and the……

“The room was very clean and the amenities were quite good with the kitchenette. Quiet and easy access to the internet. Good location. Finding the Limehome location was tricky because the instructions weren’t clear. The real issue with logistics was locating the 6-digit code to access level 5. The info was buried in an email. Please make that info more prominent. Thx. ”

“It feels like deep inside the forest, yet Aldi, Penny, and other shops are only 2-3 minutes drive away. The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that we were staying at the top floor and had to walk three levels up the stairs (no elevator) - fortunately for the night we didn't need the large luggage (25kg), otherwise it would be a bummer. There is a gym in the building but is pretty basic. The hotel restaurant was closed at night and we had to go out for dinner at the bistro……

“De locatie is heel prettig zo dicht bij de snelweg en snel in het centrum. De loft is zeer minimaal en zo ook de gastvrijheid. Ik heb nog nooit zo vaak een waarscuwing gehad dat als je iets niet goed doet je een enorme geldboete krijgy. Wel Goed bed. Keuken van de lettelijkletterlijk leeg ...dat was behelpen.”
