“Perfect to break up a drive, the rooms are great but theres no soap, kettle etc (but uou get what you pay for). Theres an ok bakery 1 minute walk away for pastries in the morning. ”

“I just stayed two days at the hotel with my wife and two older children. The location was fantastic and surprising quiet. It’s an older building with lots of character. The staff was very helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer. ”

“I use this regularly in passing through. You can sometimes get a room in the Chateau for the price of the BW venue. The restaurants are very good. So is the bar.”

“This was our second visit, the first was in November 23 when it was cold and grey but we enjoyed it so much we came back to enjoy it in the summer. The gastronomic restaurant is as good as you would expect with prices to match but the brasserie is also outstanding with a far lower price tag. The hotel staff are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble (in the November my wife left her glasses in the room which were promptly dispatched to our home in the UK without issue). The rooms are well……
