“位於市中心，交通出行方便，周围吃饭选择多，酒店有重新装修，但是冰箱没有换，经常起动声音很响，特别是晚上睡觉时，影响睡眠质量。老空调不能调风及温度，吹得感冒了”

“Un très bel accueil, dans une villa sublime. Nous avons adoré notre chambre avec le balcon vu mer. Le repas était très bien servi et très bon. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ”

“From being welcomed at the hotel to the final check out the staff were so friendly and went that little bit extra to make sure our stay was an amazing one. The choice of food and drinks were great and we were able to book the speciality restaurants with ease. Pools were great along with the choice of water sports that were included. We would like to say a big thank you to Angele who did a great job in looking after us in the Nirvana part of the hotel and Sheila who kept our room spotlessly……

“酒店很好，欧洲游客极多，我们入住期间大概是仅有的亚洲面孔。酒店附近有小镇，可以吃饭，比酒店自助餐或单点便宜很多， 建议天天在酒店晚餐还是定半食宿好点，酒店也可单点 。小镇还有DFS,可以买便宜T恤，我们骑车大概20分钟可以到达，在林荫路上骑车也是很好的感觉。 入住期间可以在酒店订车出去游玩。总之，SANDS不错。”

“Air conditioning only in bedroom but the wifi only in living room. When we check in the bathroom trash can was almost full and urine stains all over the toilet. Have small shower gel and soap.No shampoo ,no dishwasher detergent,no laundry detergent.Also no salt and pepper….no any cooking oil and seasoning. The room have two beach towels and two big towels but only have a small towel. I asked the cleaning lady she said can bring to me next day but not happen. The sheets and towels every four……

“I think the room offered to me had not been used by other guests for quite some time. so there are some dirts in the 🛀 bathtub. they have shower room and the tub. one comes with shower gel (blue color one) but the other comes with a transparent one, which, be frank, i cannot be sure if that is shampoo? or all-in-one😅”

“Came with the family for UK half term to get some winter sun and we all loved the place! Great boutique hotel - simple but perfect room for the 5 of us to stay in - lovely grounds and pool - and right on its own beach with sun loungers and sun sofas overlooking the crystal clear waters. Would definitely return. ”

“服务态度热情 但是效率太低，2016年1月和11月两次入住都是早上9点过到达酒店，交涉把部分房间大床分开或者加床（其实在预订的时候已经说明，但是毫无结果），要求客人晚上18点旅游回饭店前做好这些工作，但是两次都是没完全准备好，耽误部分客人入住时间。其次，本来预订了11.12.13日两天房间并且全额付款，居然13日早上接班的工作人员通知我们今天该退房，最后，经过核实才确认应该是入住2天，显得一点都不严谨。最严重的是，11月13日早上发现本人的电动刮胡刀在房间丢失，好在本人在非洲工作多年，还与工作人员交流不成问题，总台也做了情况调查，由于本人3个小时后就要离开酒店，告知酒店如果找不回来的话，就要报警，居然在我们出发前一个小时莫名其妙的回到房间（可能是趁我中途下楼交涉的时候放进去的），如果换做其他客人或者客人没发现的话，恐怕也就认栽。如果这样下去的话，恐怕客人怕住这个酒店了。”
