“Attente extrêmement longue pour l’enregistrement, pas de wi-fi sans payer 35 € la semaine ou dix euros par jour c’était extrêmement cher le wi-fi dans le lobby et d’une qualité médiocre. Tous les gens sont là à attendre de pouvoir communiquer c’est dramatique d’en arriver là tout ce qui est du service en général, toujours à tendre la main. En attendant le pourvoire, ça finit par être agaçant, 10 15 fois par jour, c’est pénible.la propreté est moyenne des poubelles qui débordent des plages pas……

“The hotel was big and pool area was really big and comfortable. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with bidé shower. Restaurants were ok, food was ok - had different theme every day, but it wasn't especially tasty. Staff was nice and they were everywhere. Minus side was that there were lot of sellers and tour guides offering their services around the pool constantly. Remember to bargain because the prices are much higher than buying from somewhere else. We did buy para sailing and quad bike……

But the beach bar is terribly unfriendly for the food offer, only care about close, even require to have something before closing, a lot of excuses not to provide. Need to be enhanced especially for this leader or manager as he is too rude and not thinking to provide service to guest”

“Very good experience. Reasonable price. Two adjacent resorts to meet the needs for both children and adults. There is shuttle to the beach. The snorkeling at the beach is great. We enjoyed our stay. ”

Accesso al mare dal pontile. Personale attento alle esigenze degli ospiti e disponibili. Ottimo il cibo e vario servito in un ambiente accogliente. Inglese indispensabile. ”

“Had a great two weeks here with my wife to celebrate our birthdays. Special mentions for Lily and Shika from the Animation team. They were awesome. Ahmed "Freddie" from Victoria Pub for his hospitality. Also The staff and Chef in Felucca Seafood restaurant were amazing. Food in a la cartes was tremendous. Our room was cleaned and restocked by Rabea who was superb. All the staff from the Buffet were amazing, too many to name individually but couldn't do enough for us. Will visit again. Great……

“Wir hatten das Hotel auf Grund der guten Bewertungen fürs Essen ausgewählt und sind total begeistert gewesen. Die Speisen waren vorzüglich, das Personal immer sehr bemüht dass alle Teller am Bufet schön aussehen und alles sauber bleibt. Die Anlage ist sehr klein und überschaubar, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern optimal, durch Spielplatz u Kids Club (ab 4 J.) Und eine kleine Ecke am Bufet mit Kinderessen das wenig oder gar nicht gewürzt war. Super gut ! ”
