“İlk girişimizde odamızın manzarasını beğenmedik.resepsiyondaki Meryem hanım hemen yardımcı oldu güzel manzaralı ve fazladan bir yatak olan oda ayarladı. Otel yeni olduğu için odaları gayet ferah ve temiz. Otel personeli son derece güleryüzlü, sürekli bir şey ister misiniz diye soruyorlar. Odaların rutin temizliği çok iyi. Ailecek gelip tercih edebilirsiniz.Sahilinde kıyıdan biraz uzaklaşınca mercan kayalıklarında rengarenk balıkları gözleyebilirsiniz. Resepsiyondaki barı 24 saat hizmet veriyor.……

“去的時候剛好是齋戒月，櫃檯人員的臉很臭，態度也沒多好。到達時大概下午四點多房間都還沒整理好，光等入住手續就等了半小時。終於可以入住後換了一位貌似滿臉笑容的櫃檯的人帶我們到房間。介紹了一輪房間設備後，一直不願離去，原來是想要小費。說實在的，光是辦理入住等了那麼久一句道歉都沒有還要看櫃檯臭臉，實在很不想給小費。但他一直等也是很尷尬，給了還嫌少？真的是沒跟你要賠償就不錯了。 浴室裡的淋浴只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭，水量又小有點難洗。水漬也沒有處理的很好。去沙灘的毛巾就是一人一條，要多的還不太行說飯店規定如此下不為例。沒看過哪家度假村是這樣的，但只要給出足夠的笑容還是有願意給你多一條毛巾的服務人員。 雖然這樣，但度假村整體來說是還不錯，可能因為是全新的所以都保持的還行。餐廳只吃了自助餐，因為要預訂的餐廳根本預約不到或是看起來就沒很好吃。但自助餐每天每餐都會也有變化，不太容易吃膩，選擇也很多味道也不錯，跳過牛肉就好。 雖然一開始入住的時候被櫃檯人員氣到，渡假的好心情全失。還好景色跟環境優美讓我很快就平復了。 ”

“在hotel.com預訂並已付費，去現場確說找不到到。給服務人員看訂單，說看不懂中文，之後就說會處理然後愛理不理，還是我自己轉換好英文請他們再查一次，個人感覺對東方人極不有善！設施環境都不錯，餐也好，適合帶小朋友全家渡的，但我個人是絕不，會再去！！”

“There was some misunderstanding during our check-in. Which took approximately 2 hours before we could get access to our room. Beside the inconvenience we faced during our check-in, our stay was good. We stayed in a renovated area close to a swimming pool with different types of restaurants. We visited several a-la cart restaurants. We recommend the Indian and the international restaurants. The food in the main restaurant was good, it included variety of options such as meat, fish and seafood.……

“We stayed one night after a week of scuba diving the seed Sea. It was a nice way to finish up our trip. Rides were fun, good choices were old Rufus and the grounds were very pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us early check in and allowed us to dine in a restaurant even though we didn't have reservations. ”
