“The property is great! We had 5 adults and one toddler and there was plenty of room for everyone in our villa. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We especially loved the lanai for relaxing. Easy walking to other hotels, restaurants and shops.”

“Beautiful grounds very well maintained. The pool is perfect for my 8 year old who’s a beginning swimmer. He didn’t want to do anything else - pool every day. Beds are very comfortable including the fold out in the living room which we used. Buy your fish and meat at Costco. We used the grills by the pool several nights. They are cleaned each day. Parking space is tight- best driver has to park. But it’s close to the unit outside the elevator ”

“The beach villas at Ko Olina are beautiful and overall resort area is paradise! For the price we paid, our particular condo needed to be upgraded. We expected a more luxurious feeling. Carpets were very worn; some furniture needed repair; artificial plants both indoor and outdoor were dusty and looked dead. Pots and pans needed a thorough cleaning; many were greasy. Bath towels were very worn also. ”

“We are a family of 4 and stayed for 8 nights in March of 2025. This is our second time in the Ko Olina area but our first time at the Beach Villas. The condo was immaculate and equipped with everything we could need. The lanai and the view of the ocean was great. Everyone loved the pools and the beach area. Finally, also great to have the owners provide beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and other beach amenities to use. Everything exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to book……

“I can't believe it's been a year since we've been to Oahu! This was the absolute perfect place for our family of 6 to stay. The resort was less crowded than the adjacent lagoons so we had plenty of room to snorkel with the equipment that was provided! That snorkel gear was awesome and really came in handy for all of us. The pools and outdoor bar were just our speed. Everyone was friendly and Brassie, who met us when we checked in, was so helpful for helping us get the lay of the land. There were……

“Even though the end of our stay was spring break for a lot of mainland, the pools and lagoon were not crowded. This condo is second floor, short walk to the pool from the elevator and then through the beautiful pool area to the lagoon is an easy walk. This resort is well designed with elevators for different areas so we never had to wait in line for an elevator and only once had to even share a ride with others.I have some mobility issues so opening the doors to the lanai often required……

“Great unit that we really enjoyed our stay at. Perhaps some kitchen ware and the outdoor lanai furniture could use some updating. We were unfortunate enough to stay during American Idol filming at Aulani and it was very loud and very bright lights. I’m sure nothing they could do about it.We plan to stay here again.”

“Great place for kids, pool and lagoon are very safe and well thought out. Rental included all equipment we needed for the water. Location had easy access and close to shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to return.”
