“Wonderful ocean front location. Gated security. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the day’s adventures. Just note the fees stated that will be paid onsite. Grateful I noticed other reviews stated air conditioning has a separate fee. That wasn’t easily clear in the listing. We went early June and didn’t need A/C for our visit. ”

“We booked through Expedia and didn’t know anything about the property that wasn’t listed. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely book again! The condo was well equipped, had nice furnishings, the pool with ocean view was amazing and overall such a safe high end area. Our whole group couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. We stopped at Costco and cooked in most nights. KTA is right up the street for other groceries. We walked to the Outrigger right next door to see the manta rays at night. Great location and great condo. Ashok was good about communication with us. Would definitely recommend.”

“Very beautiful resort. The house we booked is really big and close to the private beach and The Shops (Shopping Plaza). However, the private beach is not very large and because of there are not many restaurants at The Shops, we need to wait for a long time for dinner on Sunday. Overall, this resort is great and the staff also very polite and helpful.”

“Ideal spot overlooking a small beach park. Property was exactly as photos advertised. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, easy underground parking. “The property location is amazing, just a short 5-10 min walk to Magic Sands Beach. The pool was amazing and my 3 boys (ages 8,5,2) loved it! There were beach towels and toys at the house.
