“The keyword here is LOCATION. This cottage is perfectly located. Right on the beach. Walking distance to an adorable market with restaurants, entertainment, shops and ice cream. It's also perfectly situated to hit a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. It's a couple minutes drive to a fantastic new walkable shopping place with excellent restaurants. Cottage itself is very nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, kitchen was well stocked. Check out was a cinch. Perfect place for our family……

“We had a fantastic stay at this property—it’s clean, bright, and welcoming! The bed and pullout were comfortable and the house was spacious and well-appointed. It was a great, quiet location on the center of the island but no more than a 15 minute drive to all we wanted to see and do. “This little pretty place is very quiet and comfortable and has an access to a small private beach. The owner of the property was very friendly and accommodating. However, Vacasa created issues with the access and locking of the entrance door. I spent half a day not being able to leave the place and even get food and had to call them multiple times, wait and so on.
