“This location was perfect near the beach and with a restaurant right next door. The room was clean and modern and the deck was amazing. The parking was a little tricky since some cars were illegally parked in the lot and the spaces were small. Check in was 3 pm and at 3:10 I brought our bags up to the third floor only to find it still being cleaned. I went to the office and asked them to notify me when it was ready so I did not have to keep checking. The cleaner said 30 minutes at the most. ……

“Please be aware when booking this property- it is not at all as listed. Upon checking in, the apartment had a strong chemical odor. We booked for my husband and I, our 4 year olds and our 2 year old while being in town for a wedding. The “additional” sleeping spaces didn’t have bedding, the master bed is a full at best, the TV didn’t work- it was an overall awful awful booking- not to mention the entire “apartment” slants downwards. “This was our third or fourth time staying at this location. It's clean, comfortable, quiet and central to Mashpee. Brian and Carol (hosts) are excellent. The property is adjacent to two open space areas with trails for running or birding. There are also good cycling routes nearby suitable for adult cyclists.
