“I like the place as there are many F&B outlet within walking distance. I am very disappointed with the process of collecting the key because the door key was taken by someone else. Although the staff did help to get back the key but much of my time is wasted in calling and waiting.”

“had some issues checking in as the property was located in the middle of a residential area with inadequate signs. it was very airbnb-esqe, genuinely thought that we were screwed when we could not find the property after driving a few rounds. when we did find the property via a faded sign, there was no number on the sign to call as this property was not manned at all. to be fair they did whatsapp a message beforehand but it appeared as a foreign number and we do not entertain unsolicited……

“Hotel is nice as it's just new building. 2 bedroom with queen bed. Nice view regardless u choose pool or sea view Hotel cleaner don't really clean room well. The culinary stuff just wash and kept in cabinets while it's still wet. Trust me it's gross. Noted that this is individual property that they rented out and thrive to serve the best to customer. However next time I would go to faithview, basically same hotel but it's under management and get proper check in check out, breakfast .……

“Enjoyed the co do — had most of what we needed. Would spend the money on the ocean view next time…we couldn’t even see the sky unless on the balcony. Otherwise met all our needs. Walking distance to night market and red square doable but roads are great for walking from this condo…Grab is just $2-3 to any of the tourist areas. ”

“I really loved how clean the place was and how spacious it was. The place can accomodate 7 people but also has two separate rooms for extra privacy. Each room is accompanied by a bathroom nearby and they have a lock and closed doors for each room which increases privacy so if you’re coming with a big family or friends you can maintain privacy. Each room also has its own kitchenette which is great. Definitely will come back again as the prices are also affordable. ”

"Nice new hotel. The security guard at main entrance was very friendly with warm greetings every time we went back to hotel. The room was upgraded to sea view room and with enjoyable view. The hotel is within walkable distance to downtown, but we didn’t want to, and it would dry out our energy during sunshine at 35 degree. It’s just easy to get Grab and around RM6-8 to main tourist area. It’s enjoyable to have sun bath and swim at pool in late afternoon. "
