“Nice hotel good for flight transit overnight at Cochin”

“My entire stay was perfect, the restaurant and room service was perfect. I also held my reception here and it was perfect. The staff was soooo sweet. Will definitely stay here again as my in laws don’t live too far! This hotel is perfect!! ”

“A beautiful setting with a nice big room and a swimming pool. The only thing I found a bit odd was that they wanted to check my room before I checked out. This meant I had to wait and didn’t leave a good impression. They did however let me change dates when I mistakenly booked the wrong night.”

“Near Airport, Stayed only 1 night. The first staff I meet really was rude, did not say hello or smile or ask anything, he just walked behind the counter at my arrival, waited for me to tell my business there. He asked for more documents than he needed, and was pretending to read them and pretending to take copy of them. The other staff was very nice, they helped me order food that was delivered at my room, cus nearest restaurant was 2 km away, and it was very dark outside. ”
