“10:40到了科隆港口后，几番联系联系不上酒店，在当地buzz餐厅中员工的帮助下，得知机场有工作人员接机。自己打车到机场，找了许久才找到接机的工作人员，安排我们在机场对面的小凉亭里等了20分钟，工作人员再次出现，安排我们上车继续等了一个多小时，在我再三询问下才发车，1:00到达机场，下午4:30才正式到达酒店。在机场感觉自己完全受到了无视，在酒店里跟前台提起自己的经历，得到的回复是，“噢，那可真是遗憾啊，对不起。”仅此而已。总之，这家酒店并没有给我太好的回忆。”

“Judith is the very best hostess who will go out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful, welcoming experience not only at her guesthouse but the whole area. She's so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. She scheduled a night boat ride on the Decalachao River which runs through her property to see the fireflies, stars (literally out of this world), and luminescent plankton. I was heading to another spot the next day and she went out of her way to contact the hotel to arrange my boat pick up at……
