“My third time to the Maldives and first time visiting this resort. Pros:- 1) brand new room and facilities, renovation very recently completed at the end of 2019; 2) room is spacious and well-designed, with a large net on the balcony platform for sunbathing; 3) excellent housekeeping, the room being well kept and maintained; 4) quiet ambience due to relatively low occupancy; 5) efficient logistics with an early check-in; 6) nice spa services with reasonable pricing. Cons:- 1) Inferior food……

“為了度蜜月特地定了水上屋，結果再出發前兩天收到email 說房間要維修，我回覆了怎麼辦，飯店回覆兩個答案，幫我們升等或到他們的姐妹渡假村並未提到如何去是否產生費用，等我們到了才知道給我們低一級的房間所我們兩人的spa ，這樣說是升等其實不盡然，在經過協調又得知其他的水上屋都有開放惟有我們這間要維修，實在太奇怪了，美好的蜜月假期所期待的就是這間水上屋結果只能站在外面拍照，真的太失望了，而且飯店並未告知Expedia 讓他們跟我們通知找出好的方式去解決真的真的太生氣了。”

“Lovely experience”

“Early seaplane time is9:15,but they told me I have to check out at 8:15.breakfast stat from 7:30.someone ask for luggage around 8 o’clock outside room,and waited for clean with cleaner staff . I waited in lobby until 9:30 but no other comes in lobby,after 10minuted another couple came. After 10minutes boat came. Don’t know why ask us for so early check out and so long waiting.but another couple they didn’t wait. Nothing special but nice sea ”

“We are a big family of 11 including elderly and kids. We enjoy our stay here. We stayed in beach and water villa. Both are very big and nice. Beach villa can go snorkeling at the beach just out of the garden door. Life jacket is provided in each room. There are some coral around and in the middle of the water villas. Although the island is almost full during our stay, we did not see many people in the public area. All of us could find some nice things to do anytime. Especially give thanks to……
