“Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt und haben die Tage in der wunderschönen Finca sehr genossen. Supermarkt und Strand waren in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. ”

“Wir haben uns in der Villa Carpe Diem sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Wohnsiedlung & ist bestens ausgestattet und gepflegt. Der Aussenbereich mit Grill hat unsere Abende perfekt gemacht. Der Check-In hat unkompliziert und wie vereinbart funktioniert. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist ebenfalls super - gepflegte Anlage mit Liegen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ”

“Grosses Haus, Hammer Aussicht, etwas umständliche Zufahrt, vollständige Ausstattung, sehr viel Badetücher vorhanden, riesiger Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine. In der Küche war alles vorhanden (Espressomaschine wäre noch schön gewesen...). Sehr schöne Sitzplatz und Terrasse, grosser Pool mit Aussendouche. 2 Lampen im Haus hingen für uns grosse Personen zu tief. Wir würden dieses Haus jeder Zeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen. ”

“Nuestra experiencia antes de entrar no fue buena. El propietario no nos dio ninguna información ni instrucciones de como entra, ni tampoco respondió nuestros mensajes hasta poco tiempo antes de entrar. Además, no pudimos entrar hasta 1hora y media después de lo que pone en el anuncio (17:30 h). La casa está bien, es cómoda y bonita, pero tiene muchas escaleras y algunos techos muy bajos. La ubicación es perfecta, muy tranquilo y precioso. En general la casa está muy bien pero la atención fue……

“L'appartement était très confortable pour une famille de 4 personnes. Nous avons également apprécié sa très belle vue sur le port de Soller. ”

“Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Aufteilung der Räume für uns als 3 köpfige Familie wirklich perfekt. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass alles was man für den alltäglichen Gebrauch an Ausstattung benötigt, vorhanden ist was heutzutage nicht mehr überall selbstverständlich ist. Der große Pool und der direkt dahinter liegende beheizte Whirlpool ist eine Wucht. Diese haben wir jeden Tag genutzt und sehr genossen. Erwähnenswert ist außerdem die……

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und uns auch gut erholt. Wenn es Reklamationen oder Beanstandungen gab wurden diese Zeitnah und prompt erledigt. Das finden und die Wegbeschreibung der Villa war eine richtige Zangengeburt!!! Sollte man für die Zukunft entweder Koordinaten mitteilen oder eine Tafel anbringen weil das rostige Tor ist schlecht ersichtlich, wenn es offen steht.”

“Location and unit were wonderful. Very clean, well stocked with glasses and dishes. Great views and access to the sea. The only small issue was that the handle of the refrigerator was broken. ”

“Die Kommunikation mit und Unterstützung von Joan war sehr gut und wir haben die Nähe zum Strand und zu guten Restaurants (Figueret) sowie die gute Ausstattung des Hauses sehr geschätzt. Leider gab es viele Mücken, aber der Gastgeber hat Kerzen usw.zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage war ruhig und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. ”

Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
