“The view was great and the facility was clean and neat. My wife and I are 75 years old so the steep location was somewhat challenging. Also the bedroom was on the 3rd floor and the bathroom was on the 2nd floor which at 1st was inconvenient but we got used to it. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and toured much of Mallorca by car.”

“ This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!”

“Der geräumige Garten und die vielen Zimmer ermöglichen es, dass man die Urlaubszeit bestmöglich miteinander verbringen kann. Eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Grill komplettieren die Gesamterscheinung. Das historisch eingerichtete Haus bietet ein hervorragendes Ambiente für den Urlaub mit der Großfamilie. Unsere fünf Kinder konnten sowohl spielen, die auch sich gegebenenfalls aus dem Weg gehen. ;) gelegenes Restaurant am Ende der Straße bietet lokale Kost, sowie Pizza und man konnte entspannt zu……

“L’appartement est propre, silencieux, lumineux, relativement bien équipé. L’entrée est autonome via une boîte à clés. Situé à 20mns à pieds du centre ville et à 10mns à pieds de l’arrêt de bus qui vient de l’aéroport. En revanche, la salle de bain est vraiment petite. Nous étions 5, compliqué avec une seule et si petite salle de bain. La pièce principale est également petite. Le jacuzzi était sale (l’eau + la structure), nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser. Le quartier n’est pas particulièrement……

“Der Vermieter war Mega nett die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert. Ein schöner kleiner Bungalow. In einer ruhigen Lage. Ich war im Winter dort man konnte es sich nicht besser wünschen.”

“We had a lovely 5 day stay at the house. Such a great place to stay. Our host Julio was very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know really well. The house had everything you would need. Outside area is perfect. Would definitely come back here next time we come to the island. ”

Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
