From the beginning the communication was perfect, clear instructions for check in made the arrival smooth. Big shout out for Gina! Who was also a great help with our luggage storage on checkout day. Our apartment was just beautiful and had all the charm, comfort and facilities we could hope for. Unexpected basic supplies were provided, which was welcome but unexpected in a self catering……

“Lovely property however if there are people staying above the noise travels alot due to the plumbing and the wooden floors. Sadly didnt sleep at all on night 2. Also not keen on having to thorw away my own trash upon departure...surely thats what the cleaning bill is for. Good central location but if we had more time to bokk we would have looked elsewhere. ”

“We loved this terrace and location! The apartment is in the middle of everywhere you want to be. The terrrace was amazing and my husband and I spent afternoons drinking wine in it while our teenagers napped in the second bedroom. The communication and check in process was outstanding and we loved having a kitchen and living room after days traveling in a hotel. Mallorca was amazing and we would definitely come back to this apartment. ”

“Great location, ok apartment, AC working, great and attentive host. The AC is centralized and you need to have it in a while before the apt cools down. Otherwise there enough accommodation and house hold appliances for cleaning clothes, ironing, and doing some simple cooking. The host was responsive on WhatsApp and helpful where they could.”

“Um es vorab zu sagen: Wir leben auf Mallorca, sind hiesige Bausubstanzen also gewöhnt.Wir wollten über Silvester 5 Tage in Palma verbringen und haben diese Unterkunft gebucht. Wichtig war uns die Möglichkeit, irgendwie draussen sitzen zu können. Die Lage ist zentral und gut.Gegenüber der Wohnung ist allerdings das Hotel San Francesc Singular, und zwar dessen Rückseite mit einem immensen Gebläse aus der AirCon des gesamten Hotels und der Küche. Es war unglaublich laut und zwar 24/7 ohne Pause.……
