“For the price this is an excellent place. Rooms are clean very comfortable. It even has a clean pool and hot tub for the price. Continental breakfast is super convienient. All in all, comfortable and excellent value for money”

“Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well. ”

“Property was not cleaned. Dirty linens were piled on beds and kitchen counter. Dirty towels were left in bathroom. The Vacasa placard indicated the last maid service was May 9 - over a month prior to our arrival. We contacted Vacasa, who indicated the local team would be contacting us and arriving to clean the space. We never heard from them, and at 11pm we were left with no choice but to spend the night in the uncleaned space. We contacted Vacasa again in the morning to indicate we were……
