“The location on the Snake River is incredible and we had an amazing time with our 3 teenage children and our parents. We enjoyed the TV area, deck, boat launch, and fire pit. The owners were prompt to respond with questions. Three things made this trip 4 instead of 5 stars. First, the mattresses and bedding were very poor (30 yr old mattresses on every bed, some old bedding, some new but very cheep bedding on other beds).
