“We arrived to an excellent welcome, a tour of the hotel and room. We could not have felt more at home, a treat after being on the road for 6 weeks. As we came more familiar with the hotel, restaurant and bar, the welcoming and friendly spirit of all of the staff team was at the fore. The sympathetic design of the room and communal areas again is just relaxing. The town of Vicuna is also a treat in chilled atmosphere.
