“We arrived to an excellent welcome, a tour of the hotel and room. We could not have felt more at home, a treat after being on the road for 6 weeks. “This property is centrally located, with an easy 5 minute walk to the Plaza de Aramas of Las Serena. We arrived very late and without a reservation; however, we were treated well and got 2 nice rooms as requested. The underground locked parking was also quickly opened for us to speed the check in process. Very nice free and complete breakfast buffet, with no add-on items at extra cost. The only fault were the tub/shower combos in both rooms. The glass partition for the shower is not large……

“Negative: the room has no air conditioning, no tv, no WiFi. The bed sheets and towels all have (yellow) stains - we got them replaced and the new also had stains. The appliances do not work properly (shower). The bathroom has no hooks for towels. In total, the room, is below average. The big advertising to see the stars from the bed does not work if the window is not clean, also if the room gets hot and has no air conditioning. The restaurant‘s food was slightly off - not worth the price in……
