“Exactly what we wanted - room for a group, private outdoor area, a beautiful view, and charming hosts ”

“Byron was very helpful in getting us checked in and sharing information about the property and its amenities. We enjoyed our stay and found the family suite spacious. Breakfast was delicious (they allow seconds of any dish), street parking in front of the hotel entrance was easy. Facility is charming. The only oddity is the very tall sink height in the bathroom. Other than that, we found the location excellent and the staff warm and friendly. The resident cat, Loy, was a charmer. ”

“Buena opinión para quedarse en Andacollo. El lugar está muy bien decorado, con madera y cactus, mucho gusto. No funcionaba la chapa de nuestra habitación (tenía una pillería para poder cerrar) y al abrir la puerta del baño quedaba tapado el interruptor. Detalles así. Muy amable el equipo de trabajo, limpio y seguro.”

“This property is a veritable oasis in the middle of a quite bleak landscape. We chose this hacienda to provide a break in our drive from Pisco Elqui to Santiago and were very glad we did. Everything was great - the amenities, the people, the restaurant, ... We particularly enjoyed taking a walk through the fruit orchards and vegetable gardens, and lounging with our Aperol Spritzs at the pool”

“Qualité prix très élevé. Service dévoué : conseils de visites. Le patron m'a emmené visiter Coquimbo. On ne peux espérer mieux. Très sympathique. Petit déjeuner bon. Chambres organisées autour d'un petit patio. Calme. Grande chambre avec un grand lit confortable. La douche est commune mais très grande et propre. Bien situé entre la station des bus et le centre ville (10-15mn) ”

“Negative: the room has no air conditioning, no tv, no WiFi. The bed sheets and towels all have (yellow) stains - we got them replaced and the new also had stains. The appliances do not work properly (shower). The bathroom has no hooks for towels. In total, the room, is below average. The big advertising to see the stars from the bed does not work if the window is not clean, also if the room gets hot and has no air conditioning. The restaurant‘s food was slightly off - not worth the price in……
