“Friendly team of staff led by Andrew who went out of his way to be provide any assistance we needed. More information needs to be provided during the check-in process about the hotel policies on hot water, cleaning and facilities timings to avoid misunderstandings. The restaurant manager was most helpful and the food served was freshly made and tasty. There were some flys in the restaurant which could have been avoided by plugging in an insect repellent. “This is a great hotel on the waterfront in Fort Kochi. It is a marvellous restoration of this old boatyard to create a very colonial feel. There are some nice touches to take advantage of such as high tea at 5pm each day followed by a guided tour of the harbour on the hotel’s very nice boat. All the staff were excellent but I give particular thanks to Arun who could not do enough for us. I was also highly impressed with the hotels very real efforts to eliminate the use of plastics an recycle……

“Wow what a serene beautiful setting in the River. We were absolutely spoilt with attention & great service. Chef Anish & assistant chef Baby cooked to order & delicious with lots of it. Jeevan & everyone made our stay perfect, especially after our hour sunset boat trip we had a table set up under the tree on the edge of the River. Alchil the nite porter super helpful. We had the Ayurveda massage & wow another amazing experience. ”
