“My stay was ok, the only problem was that when it rains the water from the shower is extremely cold. However the personal service served me hot water in a basin. Breakfast often came late; not the agreed time. If you have plans to do within a certain range of time then it could be inconviniencing. The sorrounding is great, the workers are friendly, the hotel Management helps even when you fail to get the direction back to the hotel after your trips”

“Urban by CityBlue in Kigali was a great stay! It is centrally located in a very walkable and safe area of Kigali. It is in close proximity to great restaurants and coffee shops as well as close enough to the downtown area to get there easily but far enough away to be quiet. Yet, it also has its own excellent restaurant with amazing views of the city. The staff was excellent and extremely responsive.
