“The condo is located in a beautifully landscaped community in Waikoloa Villas. There are two community pools, hot tubs and grills. My guest pass also worked at a legit saltwater lap pool if you are lap swimmer like me. We ate two times at Johnny’s which is an open air bar and restaurant.But the reason we booked was because of the access to world class beaches. They didn’t dissappoint.Brooke, Tim and Maia took great care of us and were responsive to any needs we had. They are great hosts! ”

Could see the whales from the balcony:)Little things: A little complicated navigating all the emails from resort and property mgmt. to find info. I prefer having check-in info in the app. Could use a few more lamps in main living area and patio, because overhead can lights are very bright when on. Neighborhood pool was very chilly, too cold for our toddler (we were at the beach every day so didn't really……

It was so thoughtfully curated - every detail made for a more comfortable stay: all lights on dimmer switches, blackout curtains, fans and A/C, all the amenities one could need (towels, umbrella, chairs, fins, snorkels, tupperware, etc). The place was nicely updated and immaculately clean. The nights were quiet and peaceful and the shore access to world class snorkeling was so close! The lanai and its views were heavenly.……
