“Séjour pour une nuit en attendant notre avion à 6H le lendemain. nous avons fait une simple réservation et réglé à l'arrivée, la réception c'est très bien passé, nous avons réservé un transfert pour l'aéroport à 4H00 du matin et demandé un réveil, aucun problème le transfert est un peu cher mais à cette heure matinale nous voulions être tranquille, le chauffeur était à l'heure. Nous avons mis 35 minutes pour accéder à l'aéroport, aucune circulation à cette heure.”

“We had the king bed with partial sea view on the 6th floor. Check in was flawless because they allowed us to store our luggage before 2pm. They took our luggages to the room and gave us the key when we got there late in the evening. The room is spacious with extra day bed by the big window. When we woke up in the AM and let the sun in then we spotted the dirtiness in the room. Big mirror smeared with sticky fingerprints everywhere, under the bed was extremely dusty and dirty, the mini fridge……

“Pada pukul 3 pagi, terdapat beberapa tamu yang berbincang-bincang dengan suara keras di luar kamar, namun pihak hotel tidak menindak tegas mereka. kemudian, dikarenakan kamar yang kurang kedap suara, hal itu terdengar jelas hingga ke kamar.”

“Ik kreeg een rook kamer met blinde muren. Geen ramen. Na 2 nachten kreeg ik op eigen verzoek een rook vrije kamer met uitzicht op zee. Geen extra kosten voor deze upgrade te betalen. Het ontbijt was goed en de bediening prima. Bij check out vanochtend ontbijtje mee gekregen ivm het vroege tijdstip om 5 uur am. ”

“It was a great hotel with great location and convenient stores and restaurant nearby. ”

“Nice hotel in central Manado, with friendly managemant. Had big problem because Expedia did not pay the bill. The hotel could not arrange it. I had to do a lot of correspondence and the responses from expedia came very slow. Hotel was ok, Expedis a nightmare.”

“Great view of sea and city from my 10th floor room. Great sea view and sunset from the corridors and the 3rd floor pool/ breakfast restaurant too. Room not big but comfy enough and meets all basic needs. Nice "breakfast with a view". Easy to get taxis. Near city center and the port (5mn by taxi). There's a bad smell from the bathroom plumbing most of the time though. Wifi can be quite slow.”

“Room was clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom, but a view only to the building wall next door. Breakfast was disappointing and not very appetising. Dinner was ok but misswording of the offer available at the time meant too much food was brought and we were overcharged, though the staff were kind enough to correct this after some explaining. The wifi stopped working unfortunately. The location was good for the immigration office but otherwise a long walk or taxi ride to the centre.”
