“We were promised internet/wifi and it didn’t work the entire trip. Contacted the property and she said it was but it wasn’t working until the day we checked out. The beds are IKEA very cheap. Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. Finally found an extension coming from the side of the refrigerator on the other side of the wall but had to move the tv over to reach. Once turned on, we were back……

“I had the difficult task of organizing a stay for a large group of friends- finding big enough properties was a challenge and this place delivered! House was clean, welcoming and everyone was comfortable. Adam and Roberto were responsive, easy going and very clear with directions. They had a basket of goodies as welcome and were fantastic hosts! “The location was very quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean and well equipped. The only issues were the sofa was broken or becoming unstable, the washer was leaking and very loud when running, and the door to the downstairs bedroom was broken. However, the property owner was quick to respond about the issues and our stay was unhindered by these issues. Just in case it is an issue for future guests, I will add that the downstairs bedroom doesn't have a TV. All other……

“Communicating with Tahmeed was a breeze! I received very detailed instructions and was able to amend my contract to check in early or add more people to my group when I needed it.The place was very clean and the rooms looked exactly as pictured on the listing. The main living room seemed a bit smaller to us upon entry, but I loved that the rooms were all spacious and we had enough bathrooms to accommodate 10 girls! I would recommend this listing and host to anyone. Thanks for making our time in……

“The owner was able to accommodate my request of having a gathering of friends on the holiday weekend. Communication was good as he was accessible. Basement not included so be mindful for complete privacy you’ll have to pay more. The cost to host was also additional but understandable as most properties wouldnt allow parties of any sort.Very spacious and clean, would stay again ”

Unfaithful staff

"I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
