“My words won’t do this place justice. Let’s get the basics out of the way… EVERYTHING you will need is there. From Q-tips to bicycles, extra pillows to coolers. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Check in couldn’t have been more simple. Ok now for my opinion… there was more love and care put into this place than anywhere else I’ve ever stayed. Summerwind is very convenient to everything we needed. It's only 5 miles from Anna Maria/Holmes Beach and about 5 miles to GT Bray Recreation Center. The best pickleball and tennis facility we ever experienced!”

“We loved the property. Except for the tiki umbrella missing from the table in the swimming pool, we'd have never known there was a recent hurricane. Backyard landscaping and pool are beautiful. Beds were comfy, house was very clean, plenty of towels for showers as well as pool. TV with all the channels. Main area (kitchen, dining area, living room) was very spacious and open. The villa was located in a perfect spot in a nice neighborhood and the community has great amenities! We hope to rent this again!”
