“As advertised on VRBO. Property is literally steps from the beach. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. (No lifeguards). Condo was clean when we arrived. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen well stocked if you wanted to prepare meals. Landlord was responsive via email. Would recommend!”

“This is unit good for a couple or a family with two smaller children. Not a big condo building!!! A great setting, wonderful yard with many things to do. Small pool but a lot of fun. This is a very clean and nicely appointed. You have everything you will need. Definitely do it again!! ”

“Wonderful stay on the island. Easy walk to the beach and great accommodations. ”

“We stayed a week and all was positive except the following: on arrival the master bathroom was not clean but we called them the next morning and they promptly had cleaning people take care of it. One other issue was the when using the washing machine the high water flow into the drain siphons the trap allowing sewer gas to smell up the master bedroom. We remedied this by slowing pouring 12 ounces of water into the drain. The also make anti siphon devices to solve this.”

“We loved the property. Except for the tiki umbrella missing from the table in the swimming pool, we'd have never known there was a recent hurricane. Backyard landscaping and pool are beautiful. Beds were comfy, house was very clean, plenty of towels for showers as well as pool. TV with all the channels. Main area (kitchen, dining area, living room) was very spacious and open. “We enjoy our month long stay at the villa very much. The host thought of everything and we had a comfortable and fun visit. She answered emails quickly and was very helpful. The villa was located in a perfect spot in a nice neighborhood and the community has great amenities! We hope to rent this again!”

“The pool and pool area was amazing. The 3 minute short walk to the gulf beach was great. Place was perfect for 2 people. Had to ride bikes or drive to dinner but overall this was a very convenient place to stay. ”

“Our stay was a last minute stay for the Memorial Day weekend. Availability was sparse and this was one of the only properties that were left but we liked the decor and location. Upon arrival, we were pleased with everything and our only two complaints were that some kitchen items were missing - cookie sheet for frozen pizza - and the lack of lighting in the living room with no lamp on the end table. Not big issues but seemingly common sense. Also, my sister and her family rented a 3 bedroom,……

“We had a great time here. Tiny apartment style. Great location. Loved it. Would definitely stay again.”

“Cleaning crew was still there at 4:00, check-in time. Overall, the house was clean, besides some sheets which had not been cleaned/changed. Perfect for our family & close to the beach, for my 90 year old aunt to walk. Lots of beach toys, wagon, & umbrellas. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty towels for the beach & showers.It was nice to have separate areas to spread out, when needed.”
