“Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks! ”

“The PERFECT Anna Maria beach house! New, gorgeous, light-filled, immaculately clean: this house has been so thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, no detail is missed. Even better than the pictures. The vibe is luxurious but uncluttered, casual, comfortable elegance. Great views; best location on the island. The hosts are kind, attentive and easy-going. Can’t recommend it highly enough!”

“The home was nice and clean. Great neighborhood without all the tourist junk around. Bean point beach is fantastic. It’s super clean and private. Wish I could have stayed longer. ”

“This home worked well for our family. It was an easy one block walk to the beach. The wagon allowed us to load up chairs, toys and bags in one load. Having a pool was a bonus and made our beach vacation even more enjoyable. The pool is shared with the other unit, but at least in our case, it was not a problem. The house was clean and comfortable, and it was equipped well enough for light cooking and meal prep. We enjoyed our stay. ”
