“House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. ”

“Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. “We went to Ana Maria Island for a quick beach getaway before school started. August in Florida is extremely hot and the ocean water is very warm. The cottage and all of its amenities offered a reprieve from the Florida Sun. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off and enjoy outside in the summer heat. The property is exceptionally clean and functional. You will love the pool and one of our favorite spots was the screened in lanai! The owners are incredibly responsive and they have a great team that manages their property!”

Some beach chairs to use would be a great addition and the bathroom could use a bit of repair from some water damage but otherwise it was a perfect stay for 2 of us for a few days. ”
