“My cousin and i came from michigan and stayed here to do some fishing the boat we stayed on was great it had everything we needed and the host was amazing and will hook you up with whatever you need , we seen some of the other reviews before we showed up which left us quite worried but dont believe everything you read... if your looking for something extravagant then this probably isnt for you im sure you can find a very nice house boat for 500 to 1000 a night but if your looking for a amazing……

“I was very pleased with the final results after unfortunately getting double booked . The host was able to get us in their other property. Even though we had to change all our plans. We still ended up having a very comfortable and relaxing time. And was able to check out a little later. Very pleased with how they handled everything!!”

“We arrived by our own boat and loved every minute! Perfect for teens who like a little adventure. The most beautiful sunset and star gazing spot in Cortez/AMI! Brittany was awesome and accommodating with frequent changes. We had dolphins and manatees saying hi. Caught a small grouper off the boat!”

“The condo is just perfect for 2 people!! We stayed 4 nights and saw dolphins from our balcony on 3 of those days! This bed was comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and a fun bag of snacks on counter to welcome us. Condo is on 2nd floor, so you do have to go up and down steps to get to parking, laundry, and beach. Love the decor and views!! Would definitely stay here again!! The weather was perfect during our stay. Such a neat island! The restaurant right beside the condo is delicious also! ”

“This condo was perfect for us. As the description says, it’s virtually steps from the beach and water. I really don’t think you can get any closer. The space is small but perfect for two people. The interior is completely redone and it looked brand new. It was also spotless. It was our first time in the island and we both thought the location was good. Close to great restaurants and having Kokunut next door was a huge bonus. The only downside to the condo location was a partially obstructed view……

“We stayed 2 nights and everything was good. I was Leary booking a vacation from a hotel name for a small condo/ hotel room. This room had 2 queen beds, bathroom and all amenities as a hotel for half the price. Thank you … would recommend this for others that don’t need a high end place. Thanks again”

“It is in a nice, comfortable, serene setting. It was nice to open the drapes and look out at the pond. We would gladly return here for another stay-the only thing I would like to see changed is to include a straight back chair as we both have bad backs. But we were still quite comfortable and we enjoyed our stay here”

“The Condo was in a perfect location. Steps to the beach, steps to the free Trolley which was amazing to use to get around and see all of the Island. Was a perfect location!”
