“It had everything we needed for the beach and the bed was comfortable. The a/c kept up and a lot of extras like a toothbrush/shave kits and soaps in the shower. Detergent for the washer/ dishwasher. Paper towel and etc to get you started. Loved the champagne too!! You’ll love this place and very short walk to the beach.”

“Let anyone who wants to spend a relaxing and quiet vacation without too many crowds know that this is the perfect place, everyone is very respectful, the cleanliness is the best you could ask for, any problem is resolved within hours, Mr. Roman is very helpful in his position as are all his workers from the maintenance man to the cleaning ladies!!! I recommend it for absolute rest, places less than 10 minutes away to get what you need!!! I will come back again!! Thanks for everything”

“Great retro old Florida feel. Nice small complex that is well maintained for an older property. We enjoyed walking straight out to the beach as well as having the pool as an option when it was windy/chilly on the beach. Our unit was nicely updated and we didn’t have another unit above us. We spoke with another renter and she said some of the same families come back year after year. Just as an fyi, the property is in the flight path of the airport but we got used to hearing the planes after a day……
