“The place was nice...it was a little small for my family of 5 but we made it work. For future though it was perfect for husband and wife or just 2 people 3 max. My older 2 slept on couch just fine, where it got tight was my 1 year old sleeps in his pack and play and it made it very tight. But besdies that everything was fine.”

“This is a quaint, efficient space with a beautiful location for perfect sunsets. We enjoyed breakfast and happy hour on the patio each day. The rental agency was quick to reply to calls and texts even though no one was on location in the office. The location is great. We walked to LBK Farmer's Market and enjoyed delicious meals nearby at Shore and Mar Vista Dockside. We spent a day at Sarasota Market and kayaked through the mangroves in Lido Key. We'd definitely go back and stay at The Beach……

Heidi provides everything you could want but maybe can't schlep with you (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, shampoo, dish detergent, etc.) and is very communicative. “As advertised on VRBO. Property is literally steps from the beach. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. (No lifeguards). Condo was clean when we arrived. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen well stocked if you wanted to prepare meals. Landlord was responsive via email. Would recommend!”

“The responsive of the host was amazing! They answered questions about the property in a timely manner and were very helpful when we asked about possibly checking in early.
