“Spacious condo with everything we needed. Loved the comfortable beds, proximity to the beach, ample beach chairs and umbrellas. The host was fantastic responding to all our needs. Look forward to a return visit. ”

“We had a great stay! It was definitely an experience. It was a peaceful island getaway. If you are able to stay here I recommend it! Any issues we had the AMI team had a quick and efficient response-the only issues we had was our door code didn’t work for all the doors but they responded quickly and got us in in a blink of an eye, and the trash bins outside were almost full but they were out the next day to empty them so no complaints with that! Our only thing was the water in the house is VERY……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in longboat key. Location was great, short walk to the beach. Access to Cedars East Tennis Club was wonderful, beautiful pool and fitness center! House was immaculate, very spacious. Walking distance to restaurants, convenient store. Needed a couple items from the host and he was extremely accommodating and very responsive. I highly recommend this property. ”

The pool was delightful, the gourmet kitchen was out of this world, the tennis court was a treat, and all the rooms were clean, organized and inviting. “Perfect place for me and my family. I brought my boat down and fished almost every day. Even shared fish with the neighbors across the street. Great people on either side. Beds were comfy, grill worked great. Highly recommend.”

“We have been staying at the Cedars for over 25 years. Perfect location to get away from the heavy tourist areas. The pool, clay tennis courts and gym at the club house add greatly to the stay. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.”

“We loved having the house right on the beach and the pool was right out our enclosed patio. Kids could come and go and we all felt safe. Groceries were just a few minutes down the road. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The beach was not busy at all. Seemed private most of the time which was crazy because it was spring break week for a lot of people. If we go to Florida again this will be the spot that I'd want to come too again! We played shuffle board and putti putting as a family!”
