“We were in town for a getaway beach vacation for a week and found the Dock on the Bay to be a perfect location for our family. Right on the bay we were able to utilize the pool in the back, the dock for fishing and the kayaks for paddling the bay. A block down from bridge st where there are many shops and restaurants and a block the other way and you’re sitting right on beautiful Cortez beach. We couldnt have asked for a better location or host.”

“We had such a great experience here. The house was extremely clean and had more than we needed for amenities with 3 kids. We walked or took the trolley everywhere - location is perfect! Quiet neighborhood with a short 30 min trip to the airport. Will definitely be returning!”

“We have an amazing time together at Coconut Cove, the house has it all.. walk distance to the beach and a tiki restaurant that has really good tacos and drinks. You just need to bring your bathing suit and ready to enjoy your mini vacations. the house is very spacious, has a ping pong table, mini golf and a fútbol table”

“Gorgeous house and backyard. It has beautiful views of the bay and the house itself was very clean. The room situation wasn’t ideal as we had mostly couples staying here…there’s a random bed day in the hallway and I think they stretch the idea of how many people can actually stay there. We brought an air mattress just in case and I’m glad we did but other than that’s everything was great. We definitely would come back! ”

“I stayed with my husband, mom, and niece for 3 nights at this property. The bottom floor is a garage style floor with an office and lots of beach gear that is available to use. There were multiple chairs, lots of towels available, a beach shade thing that worked pretty well. If you want a cooler - I would suggest bringing one. The Smoquehouse and Gulf Drive Cafe were in walking distance. We decided to rent a golf cart to check out more of the island shopping and food. Highly recommend Minnie’s……
