“We really appreciated the proximity to the beach, an easy walk across the street! Also, the free trolley stop was right at the front of the condos. The amenities in the condo room were lean. Bring your own coffee! But we spent little time there anyway. ”

“This property, while older, is in a wonderful location. It is close to many restaurants, live entertainment, Bridge Street, the beach, and the pier. We visited in April, and it was generally an older population, which was perfect for us. The pool was warm and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch area off the dining area. The bathroom was in poor condition, but we were told that it was being updated in the next month or so. We had a small issue that needed to be……

“The condo was great. The elevator was not working which created a little hardship for my husband who has had a knee replacement and also open heart surgery. Also, usually by 7 am, workers and big trucks are busy working outside on the driveway. We would like to return once the property has been completely repaired.”

“We loved this place the courtyard was beautiful. Very quiet except they were doing road repair/construction not the fault of the resort. Would definitely stay here again. Unit is small but comfortable. Good for two people. Chris the manager was very quick to call us back with issues. Loved it!!!!”

“What a cute little cottage apartment. Very cozy, clean and convenient location. We were fortunate to have great beach weather just Florida hot but the ocean was clear refreshing. We were within walking distance of Bridgestreet shops. The oyster house was amazing and ate outside on the water. Also ate at the Blue Marlin Restaurant although pricey it was worth it. Loved Bradenton and Anna Maria Island. Had a great vibe not too overcrowded. This was a great little reset vaca with my girls.”
