“Our stay was great. We could not ask for a better location for the price. We were in the middle of Ana Maria Island. The condo was immaculate and the pool was an added plus. Stephan was super responsive if we needed anything. The trolley is an easy way to around the island, but if you want to come and go as you please, rent a golf cart. We walked to the beach every day. It was pretty awesome. The only comment I can make is we had to wash towels and buy toilet paper. If you want to cook, you have……

“We had another wonderful stay and we will be back! Furniture was comfortable and we love the pool. A couple kitchen additions would be great: 1- a crockpot so dinner can be cooking while we are at the beach and 2- a couple more icecube trays with a basket so we can stock-up on ice. We did not need to use any but the selection of beach chairs and umbrellas was nice for those who cannot bring their own. Communication with the new owner was great. Highly recommend this place for a lovely stay close……

“This house exceeded our expectations. Not only was it beautiful, it was set up perfectly for our two families with all adult children. I can’t say enough about the bathroom and shower situation. With one bathroom for each bedroom, everyone in our group had ample space for getting ready. The house was very clean and our host checked in throughout our stay to ensure all was going well. “What an amazing location. Beautifully renovated property. Fully stocked kitchen. Great bunk beds for all the kids. Plenty of sheets and towels for the beach and for showers. The only thing I could say is that the tub in the master bathroom was not fully clean. Otherwise, the condo was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend.”

“We stayed in this condo for 3 nights. Check in was easy, condo was clean. The owner has a cooler, water floats and a beach umbrella you can use. Makes this a very convenient stay. The location is excellent. Close to most everything and the trolley picks up right out front. Will definitely come back to stay again. ”

“Great accomodations. Very cozy and comfortable. Very nice duplex unit perfect for me and my significant other. The location is ideal for access to beaches, restaurants, and recreational activities. I really appreciated the great communication I had with the property owner / manager Stephan. I also have to say it was one of the better vacations we have ever had. Beautiful Anna Maria Island is one of my favorite places to visit. We look forward to going back in the near future.”
