“Hello. We have been visiting Anna Maria Island for 10 years. Each place we stay is different, and each place has been on the mainland. This year we decided to stay on the island. This property was perfect for my family of four! Each of my boys had their own private room, which my teenager loved. “The house was immaculately clean and ready for our arrival. Fresh linen and towels. Compact property but perfect for us ( 4 adults, a six year old and a baby). Nice clean pool with garden furniture. However, there was dog hair on the floors. Otherwise, the house was clean as far as the linens, toilets, showers, kitchen counters, dishes, and to us that was the important part. The outdoor space downstairs was great for the kiddos and you can sit out on the deck and watch them in the pool. The pool doesnt get alot of sun but that seems to be the norm and it works out if you're looking for privacy, as we were not able to hear or see anyone even in the pools next door. “We had a good stay here! There was construction happening on multiple houses right next to/across from the house which we know can’t be helped but photos in the listing did not reflect that. But otherwise the pool was warm and great for our family and the walk to the beach was easy. There were also beach chairs and beach/pool toys which was great, we didn’t need to buy or bring anything. We enjoyed our week! ”
