“Overall the place is beautiful. The lock was a bit tricky (not clear instructions). The bed was very comfortable. Air was cold. The shelf collapsed in the hallway and was never repaired. The lack Of the binder and parking pass gave us unnecessary worry and we did not have an explanation of all of the various activities until tow days before we left. Those few misses gave it the lesser rating.”

“Enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the beach. Pool area below east side is in desperate need of attention. A little scary when we saw all the electrical wires just hanging from the deck. Pool was cloudy. ”

“This was a very nice little cottage that we stayed in. The pool right outside the door was great. A couple of times we had a minor maintenance issue and they were right there to fix it. We hated to leave because it was so nice. And the beach was a short walk. The only problem was that it rained a lot! One day it rained all day long and all the streets were flooded. We stayed in all day, watched TV and watched it rain!”

“Had a great time… Only steps from the beach! The only downside was that the listing looked like it had a private pool, but it was shared amongst a lot of cottages and so we did not use it. Otherwise, comfy, and a great location!”

“The house and the location are great! Favorite places were the den and the pool area! The den and the kids room get pretty warm though, the A/C cannot handle those rooms. The stairs are no joke though, so for older/sick individuals, it is not a good option. Also, I think due to city regulations, there is no bathroom/shower in the pool area. No bathtub in the house either. The kitchen has all the utensils needed but no condiments, not even salt or pepper. No complimentary bike/golf cart. The……

“We enjoyed our stay. The pool alarms were a bit cumbersome. We didn't need them. The kitchen is not open to the living space. The mattresses need to be changed, especially in the twin/trundle. Otherwise, it was very peaceful, and we enjoyed access to the canal and lounging in the pool!! ”
