“Perfect location- we loved being so close to everything, the beach was a block over but we could see it, the canal was cool too and we say Manatees. The interior of the property is very nice- pictures are exact. The beds were Very comfortable! Kitchen was stocked. A cooler would have been nice. The beach towels & chairs were great. We also saw dolphins right out front! Beautiful safe area and everyone is so friendly. Delicious Ice cream right across the street with lots of snack options. We ate……

“We needed a small and affordable spot for a graduation trip for my high school senior and me. The price for location was great for 110B. We were on the beach allll day so just needed the kitchen for snacks and bed for sleeping! It was small but worked fine for the 2 of us. The location was PERFECT. Close to beach and all the restaurants on and near Pine Ave. We walked to the bay and to all our meals. Property manager was helpful about minor toilet and parking issues. Absolutely 10/10. We did……

“First time in AMI and it was nothing short of amazing! This cottage is so cute. We celebrated our babymoon and it was perfect location. Close by to shops, restaurants, coffee and the beach! The beach access nearby is gorgeous and not crowded. It was so wonderful. Having the ability to take a dip in the pool after the beach was so refreshing. We will definitely come back with our baby next year!”

“Overall our stay was very nice - three adult women in our group. The home is in a great location and walkable to shops, dining, and both the bay and the gulf. The inside was clean and ample towels provided. There are some quirky things in the home, but none that diminished our stay. “Loved the location! Living room has two twin beds instead of couches. Beds are very uncomfortable; they feel like old mattresses that need to be replaced. Bathroom is tiny. Overall, the unit itself is nice for a weekend trip. Washer and dryer are outside the back door (no one tells you). Also, the door is a nightmare to unlock. You need a key that is in a lockbox that no one gives you a code to..we had to call the management company to get the code. The management company is terrible. We had to……
