“We had a great time at the Treehouse! A nice relaxing weekend at the Treehouse”

“Our family needed a place to stay for a family wedding. The stay was great. Easy check-in. The house is spacious and clean. Enough room for kids and adults to spread out. The kids enjoyed all the animals outside”

“The property was nothing short of amazing for our entire group of 15! Everyone had proper sleeping accommodations with plenty of space to spread out, the kitchen was stunning the 2 living rooms were convenient, and the pool/outdoor areas were the highlight and cherry on to. Highly recommend!”

“So the most important reason to book this house was a game room for us. It was a family picnic to relax and in pictures we saw a game room with pool and pink ponk table and we booked it. On arrival we figure out there was no pool sticks and no pink ponk paddles. We contact them and they said they ordered it and it will arrive in 4 days so this was very upsetting for all of us and because of this we were unable to utilize the game room. On the same night we found one living Scorpio near kitchen……

“I’ve stayed in many VRBO‘s in this host. Nadia was by far the most gracious quick to respond and solve any issues that I’ve ever had.”

“A major concern and dangerous issue is the sliding doors. They don't lock properly at all and anyone can access the property at anytime. The front is surrounded by sliding glass doors and a few of them don't lock. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes from the previous renter. There is low water pressure in the showers and a broken handle on the first level shower. Exiting on the parking side the door can't be locked from the outside requiring tenants to walk around the block to get to a……

“Our family is a very active family in so many ways and coming to this home allowed us to recalibrate, relax and release! The home is very quality built and well taken care of. Loved all of the amenities and extras! You can tell management and the owners considered everything. We had tremendous views. Grateful for the sharing of this home.”

“We enjoyed the space and pretty hill country view as we worked and met up with family for a week. Nadia responded to questions extremely fast. We enjoyed walking to Lakeway resort and being close to restaurants and shopping at the Galleria. The treehouse was quiet with the morning sun pouring in. It had everything we needed ! Well appointed and plentifully stocked. ”

“We stayed in the villa for a family event. It was a great location and the villa is very comfortable. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool. The property manager was friendly and made communication and check-in very easy.”

“I didn't enjoyed my stayed due to the facts - not what I expected from pictures on web- site - dirty carpet - not working refrigerator - appliances not in very operable stage - not enough kitchen ware -”

“Swim park amenities are only open Thursday through Sunday - property description needs to be corrected! Oven was broken - reported to Vacasa but not repaired. No instructions regarding digital thermostats or entertainment system. Bottom Line - we will not stay in any property managed by Vacasa going forward. In addition, we would not recommend the Reserve at Lake Travis unless you plan to stay Thursday through Sunday.”

“This a lovely place with amazing views. My daughter lives close to Spicewood so it was nice to have a convenient place nearby. There are no close hotels! Highly recommend. ”
