“Would not recommend . We booked on the same day as check in, no one would answer the phone or let you into the property without 72 hours notice. We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. We couldn’t stay at the property because we had no information on how to get in. We were charged full price and no refund given, I suggest you book somewhere else that has better……

“Our stay was truly a great experience! The communication level was seamless, the house was so clean and well thought out for a fun weekend. The owners had towels, showering essentials, games, and instructions to make your stay easier with parking. Truly a great place to stay also not a far commute to midtown, downtown, etc. I will for sure stay here again! Beautiful decor also! ”

“Simply Amazing and memorable.”

“SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! Scammed me . I went to the check-in, and someone else was there. I told them I had booked the property for a few nights, and they told me they were staying there for a few days and won't be leaving. I tried to reach out to the owner didn’t get a response .. I kept calling for at least 2 days no response…when they finally contact me back I’ve would’ve only have 1 day left to stay… anywho they refused to give me my money back… then told me that they would……

“This was worst experience I’ve ever had. Walked in the house and dead roaches on the floor. The grass outside was 3 feet tall. The pool and pool area wasn’t cleaned. One room didn’t have a bed in it. The room with upstairs that didn’t have furniture like advertised. And to top it all off the property didn’t have water.”

“I really don't know where to start regarding this property. I'll start by saying BEWARE! It is located in, what looks like, a poor community. Upon arriving I witnessed a guy on a bicycle at one of the other houses making an exchange through the fence. I honestly believe it was a drug transaction. It felt extremely unsafe, the neighborhood is NOT being updated, this property is the single & only home that has been renovated. “A beautiful home with an amazing view! Great for family gatherings. We were able to accommodate 25 family members for our Thanksgiving day dinner! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. ”

“Light fell out of ceiling, shower didn’t drain, positive Covid text strip found under bed toilet seat broken dryer never heated didnt fix things. Doorbell broken only 2 towels person for a week stay with broken dryer left a day early and got hotel. Says golf and lake access which isn’t true. Warmer drawer not attached dishwasher not mounted. Very unresponsive. Would not ever recommend. And heard neighborhoood association dosnt even allow VRBO rentals”
