“Would not recommend . We booked on the same day as check in, no one would answer the phone or let you into the property without 72 hours notice. We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. We couldn’t stay at the property because we had no information on how to get in. We were charged full price and no refund given, I suggest you book somewhere else that has better……

“Do not stay at this location. I paid in full to stay for one night and the host messaged me after the fact that I could not stay. I had to call VRBO for 3 days to get my refund underway. Do not stay here you will just lose your money.”

“I stayed at this house for my 22nd birthday! The house was very clean and very gorgeous! The check in process was great and the additional fence and gate around the home made me feel very safe. I will say the freeway is extremely loud as I was woken up from cars with loud exhausts. The master bed is also quite uncomfortable. Other than that the stay was great! ”

“Our experience at BIZI during our wedding week was exceptional! Despite our last-minute booking, the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our large group, ensuring a seamless and stress-free stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the immaculate, spacious rooms, every detail was perfect. “This was worst experience I’ve ever had. Walked in the house and dead roaches on the floor. The grass outside was 3 feet tall. The pool and pool area wasn’t cleaned. One room didn’t have a bed in it. The room with upstairs that didn’t have furniture like advertised. And to top it all off the property didn’t have water.”

“We were booked for this beautiful property for a weekend long family reunion. The property owner promised after I paid her over $300 via cash app prior to the stay that there would be tables and chairs for the outside to be set up for eating and buffet purposes. We had arranged an early check in, but when we were almost there, she called to ask me to talk to the guy that could repair the Wi-fi, I did this since when we got there I realized that there would be no television if there was no Wi-Fi.……

“Light fell out of ceiling, shower didn’t drain, positive Covid text strip found under bed toilet seat broken dryer never heated didnt fix things. Doorbell broken only 2 towels person for a week stay with broken dryer left a day early and got hotel. Says golf and lake access which isn’t true. Warmer drawer not attached dishwasher not mounted. Very unresponsive. Would not ever recommend. And heard neighborhoood association dosnt even allow VRBO rentals”
