“The property was nicer than I expected. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was just ok. My sons liked the pancake machine. I ate a bagel both days. The restaurant across the street was great! I definitely recommend Shea's Pizzeria. ”

“This is day 2 after check out and I don’t have my deposit back. This is an issue they can’t wait to take it from you during checking I. But where is it when you check out? Or the next day or the next day ”

“Everything was great during our stay. We were there for UConn's graduation weekend. We were not able to check in until exactly 3 PM due to the hotel being sold out. We loved the bed and pillows. It was so comfortable, and we slept like babies.”

“In general, that's quite within the standard. But the room does not have the refrigerator and the elevator is old. The location is good, right in front of west farm mall, convenient for shopping.”

“The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The facility was full to capacity so that may explain why the floors needed vacuuming. Also, it would have been nice if the attached restaurant was open. Outside of that, a very nice place for an overnight visit to CT.”

“飯店有點舊，house keeping人員打掃的工具一整天佔住走廊，說好的加大雙人床其實只是一般雙人床，說好的早餐只是一個早餐bar，而且只有能量棒和燕麥片，muffin只有第一天有，其餘三天都沒了，早上十點多飯店人員就開始使用吸塵器，吵得令人無法入睡。”
