“We had a wonderful stay with 14 guests! The house was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of linens for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to prepare meals, though we did notice there weren’t any large kettles, which made cooking for a big group a little challenging. We had to adjust our menu at the last minute, but everything else worked out beautifully. The setting is peaceful and quiet, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy time together. Large enough that the 12 of us didn't feel like we were tripping over each other. If you are traveling with young children, ask the host about the equipment they have available and save yourself from packing things they provide. They literally have everything you could think of: strollers x3, pack and plays, baby swings, baby gate at stairs, high chairs,……

“The good...location is good. Plumbing, air conditioning, and TV all work well. The towels provided were very good. The fenced backyard is good if you have kids or dogs. Mike is very close by and available if needed. The bad...there is a smell of cigarettes that hopefully will get better. I could not smell it in the curtains but it's there so if that would turn you off, find a different place. The kitchen has very few items that would help you cook. If you plan to cook, bring your own things.……
