He personally picked us up from a hotel we had previously been staying at, and took us directly to the property transporting our luggage, which is not easy within the walls of the old town. Caring and empathetic as I broke my foot while walking around, she arranged getting me, ice a taxi for the hospital and a place to by a fracture boot always in contact.
